Lead 3D Artist (ArchViz)

Simplex 3D is transforming how professionals and decision-makers interact with geospatial data. Our SaaS platform integrates complex data into intuitive visualization tools, enabling real estate and urban planning experts to build their own 3D worlds with confidence.

We are seeking a 3D Designer to join our growing team. This role will focus on integrating projects and environments into the platform, leveraging both our proprietary tools and Unreal Engine’s capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 3D generalists, overseeing workflows, timelines and ensuring delivery of high-quality assets.
• Import and optimize Revit and 3ds Max assets for integration into Unreal projects.
• Define and implement workflows for efficiency and automations, including scripting in Revit and/or 3ds Max.

Requirements

• Team management experience (at least 1 year)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with 3ds Max
• Proficiency in Revit
• Portfolio with proven experience in ArchViz

Advantages
