A Gaming Startup specializing in immersive gaming experiences (making players feel as if they are truly “inside” the game). The company has developed a platform and a mobile game with tens of thousands of downloads and hundreds of thousands of daily active users, growing at an annual rate of dozens of percent.

The company has raised several million dollars, operates at significant scale with hundreds of thousands of daily users, and continues to grow rapidly year over year.

Located in Tel Aviv (next to a train station), working in a hybrid model with one work-from-home day per week, and currently employ 80 people, about half of them in R&D.

The role involves technical leadership and task management for the Backend team, reporting to the Team Lead, with 100% hands-on development. Responsibilities include system architecture, feature development for Backend and distributed systems, design, and code review. The codebase is mainly in C# with some Python.

Requirements-

7 years of development experience

Proven experience in Backend development

Hands-on experience with Cloud environments

Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis
