VP of Growth

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic VP of Growth to lead the company’s expansion across all channels – from digital marketing and sales to partnerships and customer success. This role is responsible for defining and executing a holistic growth strategy, driving measurable impact across acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, while building a scalable, data-driven growth function and leading a multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the company.
• Lead customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization.
• Build and scale growth marketing: performance, SEO, content, campaigns, and A/B testing.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver qualified leads and ensure strong retention.
• Use BI and analytics tools for continuous measurement, reporting, and optimization.
• Identify and establish strategic business partnerships.
• Mentor, manage, and grow a cross-functional team including marketing, SDRs, and operations.

What You Bring

• Proven track record as VP of Growth / Head of Growth / Marketing Director in a tech or SaaS company.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, automation, attribution, and analytics.
• Experience managing significant sales and marketing budgets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Highly analytical with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, both internally and externally.
