Company Description
The Medocann Group, managed by the fourth generation of a family with a rich agricultural heritage, operates a state-of-the-art indoor facility in central Israel. This facility integrates high-tech, ag-tech, and pharma-tech to produce Indoor medical-grade cannabis without pesticides or insecticides.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cultivation Team Member located in Raanana. The Cultivation Team Member is a junior position, team member will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with cannabis cultivation. This includes implementing cultivation techniques, maintaining grow rooms, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The individual will also help with planting, cloning, watering, and harvesting plants.
Qualifications
- Experience in plant cultivation and agricultural practices
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Relevant certifications or education in agriculture or horticulture are beneficial
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
