Information Technology Security Manager

IsraTransfer, a leading financial services company, is looking for a hands-on, proactive, and highly motivated IT Manager to join our growing team in Ramat Gan. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to own the company’s IT infrastructure, strengthen cyber security, and support business operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

🔹 Key Responsibilities 

• Administrator of Microsoft Office 365 users and Microsoft Azure environment. 
• Establishing new collaborations with companies in IT and cyber security. 
• Liaising with the Company Security Operations Centre (SOC). 
• Coordinating with the company’s CISO to ensure compliance with information security policies. 
• Conducting periodic information security training and performing internal security audits. 
• Troubleshooting computer issues (PCs, peripherals, password resets, internet). 
• Implementation and maintenance of the company’s ISO 27001 certification. 
• Managing equipment and fixed company assets. 
• Ordering IT and computer equipment. 
• Acting as liaison between outsourcing providers and IsraTransfer (IT, VoIP telephony, information security, ongoing issues). 
• Assisting the VP of Operations. 
• Serving as Company Safety Manager. 
• Managing employee onboarding and offboarding. 

✅ Requirements 

• Proven experience in IT management and system administration. 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and cyber security best practices. 
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure. 
• Excellent communication skills in English &  Hebrew – mother tongue level 
• A true team player with the ability to work independently.
