FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team.

In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening financial operations, ensuring robust controls, and supporting company growth with clear reporting and actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

•  Contribute to improving internal financial tools, processes, and reporting frameworks to increase scalability, accuracy, and visibility.
• Lead billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes, while serving as the primary point of contact with customers regarding financial matters.
• Conduct deep-dive financial analyses to support executive decision-making and evolving business priorities.
• Manage the monthly close process and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
• Evaluate performance by comparing actual results against plans and forecasts.
• Support daily financial activities, including cash flow management, payroll, and accounts payable.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for scenario planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CPA qualification with Big 4 internship – advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, or strategic finance, or internship experience in a Big 4 economics/financial advisory department.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and motivated to take initiative in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
