About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our Information Systems Department and take ownership of managing, optimizing, and supporting our enterprise IT environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-system ecosystem and wants to make a significant impact on operational efficiency, security, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft enterprise environments (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems on servers and workstations.
• Provide technical support to company employees, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure performance, including servers, storage, and networking components.
• Implement, review, and improve information security policies and best practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
• Support integration with SaaS tools, ERP systems, and other business-critical applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator, IT Infrastructure Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with network administration (firewalls, VPNs, switches, routing).
• Understanding of information security principles and compliance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Advantage: Experience working with ERP systems or multi-brand organizations.
