*Odem Applications Ltd*, is seeking a strategic and commercially driven *Business Development Manager* to lead growth initiatives and drive our expansion into new markets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

🔹 Identify and initiate new business opportunities – both organic and inorganic

🔹 Develop strategic partnerships with clients, partners, and suppliers

🔹 Analyze markets and competitors, and lead entry into new territories

🔹 Manage complex sales processes with strategic clients

🔹 Build and implement growth plans to expand the customer portfolio

🔹 Lead and manage a team of sales professionals

🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams – sales, finance, operations

*Requirements:*

✔ 3+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales – *mandatory*

✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – *required* | Master’s – *advantage*

✔ Strong negotiation skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to lead initiatives

✔ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams
