Student / Part Time - Operations Assistant

Job description

Our family-owned jewelry e-commerce workshop is looking for a new family member for a part-time position. The ideal candidate will be doing the operations and export management, preparing and monitoring export procedures. The candidate will be managing various day-to-day office administrative tasks, and they will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

Our offices are located in central Tel-Aviv, a fun and joyful environment with an ocean view.

The position is for a part-time, shift-based position, Sunday-Thursday.

Responsibilities

Preparing parcels for international export.

Being the liaison between all operational parties. 

Orders verification and clarification.

Orders prioritizing and overseeing.

Manage and oversee import and export processes with various shipping providers.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and managerial skills

Google Sheets + Microsoft Excel skills

Great teamwork skills, ability to adapt and organize quickly.

High-level English

Nice to Have: Passion for the jewelry world
