We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our HR team at Bynet and lead strategic tech hiring processes.
This is a significant in-house role, with direct impact on building and scaling our core technology teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job definition, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Recruit for diverse technology positions: IT, Cybersecurity, Integration, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, and AI Development.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and shape recruitment strategies.
- Conduct proactive sourcing and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Support organizational initiatives to improve recruitment practices and candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment
- Strong knowledge of IT, Cybersecurity, and Integration; significant advantage for experience with Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, and AI roles.
- Background from integration companies – advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple complex processes simultaneously with precision and business orientation.
- Experience working closely with hiring managers – advantage.
