Description and requirements

We are looking for professionals in test development and training for psychometric exams.

The role involves developing unique practice and training materials for international markets (UK and USA) and leading development processes from initial specification to market launch.

• A diverse and engaging role that includes developing psychometric and aptitude tests in English.
• Creating tests and educational content in quantitative, verbal, spatial reasoning, and other areas.
• Full-time or part-time position (4 days a week) in a hybrid work format.
• The position is based in our offices at Migdal Hachsharat HaYishuv, near Ayalon Mall.

• Bachelor's degree – an advantage.
• Psychometric exam score of 680 or higher.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent written expression, and enjoyment of challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• English – highly proficient (mandatory).
• Previous experience in instructional development – an advantage.
• Experience teaching matriculation exams, psychometric exams, AMIR, or MIMAD – an advantage.
