Senior Product Manager | RetailTech Startup

A fast-growing RetailTech startup is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the future of in-store innovation.

We develop an end-to-end solution that combines proprietary hardware and advanced software, delivering a seamless and personalized in-store experience. Our product redefines retail by integrating automation, smart data, and real-time customer engagement. 🔍 What You’ll Do:

♦️Own the entire product lifecycle – from ideation to launch and continuous optimization

♦️Lead cross-functional collaboration between hardware, software, and UX teams

♦️Conduct product discovery and translate user needs into structured product specs

♦️Use data and customer insights to guide roadmap decisions and feature development

♦️Engage regularly with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment

💡 What You Bring:

♦️7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in physical product (BTC/BTBTC) environments

♦️Proven experience with both hardware and software products

♦️Strong understanding of IoT, RetailTech, or consumer hardware

♦️Analytical mindset and hands-on experience with data tools and metrics

♦️Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills

♦️Background in startups or fast-paced environments – an advantage

♦️Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

♦️Willingness to travel for customer-facing engagements
