📍 Tel Aviv | Growing Startup | Multidisciplinary Hardware

A fast-growing multidisciplinary startup in Tel Aviv is looking for a Validation & Verification Engineer to join our hardware team.

In this role, you’ll test and validate low-power, battery-based products, work hands-on with lab equipment, and develop Python-based automation to ensure product reliability.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Validation & verification of hardware and embedded software

🔹 Power efficiency & battery performance testing

🔹 Lab work with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VSAs

🔹 Develop Python test automation frameworks

🔹 Collaborate with hardware, firmware & software teams

What We’re Looking For

✔ B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)

✔ 2–5 years of experience in HW validation & testing

✔ Hands-on with lab instruments + Python scripting

✔ Experience with low-power, battery-based products

✔ Strong documentation skills in English

✨ Nice to have: comm protocols (UART, SPI, BLE, Wi-Fi), compliance standards (IEC/ISO/FCC/CE), CI/CD automation.

Requirements :

🔹B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent). 

🔹2–5 years of experience in hardware validation, verification, and testing (junior and senior profiles may be considered). 

🔹Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VSAs, and other lab instruments. 

🔹Strong knowledge of low-power, battery-based product design and validation methods. 

🔹Familiarity with embedded systems, firmware, and software integration testing. 

🔹Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation and data analysis. 

🔹Practical hands-on skills in soldering, rework, and assembly of electronic components and prototypes. 

🔹Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and adapt to different testing methodologies. 

🔹Excellent documentation and reporting skills in English. 

Nice to Have 

🔹Knowledge of communication protocols (UART, SPI, I²C, BLE, Wi-Fi, etc.). 

🔹Familiarity with quality and validation standards (IEC, ISO, FCC, CE, or similar). 

🔹Exposure to automation frameworks and CI/CD for hardware/software validation. 

🔹Conducting ECO/MCO.
