Home base Support Worker

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Healthcare Assistant based in Yavne, with some flexibility to work from home. The Healthcare Assistant will be responsible for supporting patient care, assisting with daily activities, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols, and maintaining an organized and compassionate approach in the medical environment. Tasks will include manual handling, assisting healthcare providers, and providing patient support as necessary.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Manual Handling and adherence to Health & Safety practices
Strong Patient Care skills and a compassionate attitude
Effective Interpersonal Skills to communicate with patients and team members
Basic knowledge of Medicine and healthcare procedures
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Relevant certification or qualifications in healthcare or a related field is preferred
