Legal Counsel (Temporary Position – Maternity Leave Replacement)

We’re looking for a sharp and motivated Legal Counsel to join Sygnia’s legal team in a temporary maternity leave position. In this role, you’ll be part of a small, agile legal team supporting a fast-growing company at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, take ownership of commercial and corporate matters, and contribute directly to enabling Sygnia’s global growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements with global clients, vendors and partners.
• Supporting corporate governance and corporate maintenance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Managing the company’s option pool and related agreements, including the granting and exercise of options.
• Advising the business on commercial and corporate legal issues, as well as on other aspects of the company’s operations as needed.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with business, finance, HR, and delivery teams in a global environment.
• Managing legal risks while enabling business growth and operational agility.
  
  

• Licensed attorney with 3+ years of post-internship experience.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken – a must. A high level of English is required as the role involves close collaboration with the CEO
• Experience in both corporate and commercial transactions; a mix of law firm and in-house experience strongly preferred.
• In-house experience at a technology company is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Background in technology and/or cybersecurity industries is a strong advantage.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
