Vice President Performance Marketing

🎗️🎗️A global, innovative, publicly traded company is looking for a VP Performance Marketing to establish and lead a new strategic unit.

About the role:

• Full ownership of the company’s performance marketing activities – from strategy to execution
• Managing campaign strategy and execution on DSPs, focusing on User Acquisition, lead generation, and app installs across multiple channels, including Mobile and CTV
• Identifying product gaps and opportunities, and driving solutions in collaboration with senior leadership
• Building a performance unit from scratch – recruiting, managing, and leading sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver large-scale performance projects
• Working closely with global advertisers and partners

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing DSP campaigns for external clients
• Strong background in Gaming / User Acquisition – a significant advantage
• Demonstrated experience in building, hiring, and leading teams (including managers)
• Broad business vision with the ability to identify opportunities, define strategy, and translate it into measurable results
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, DSP platforms, and media channels
