Application Engineer, Mechanical Engineer

We’re looking for an Application Engineer to join our global team and help drive innovation, customer success, and product excellence.

• Provide technical support to global customers - both Pre- and Post-Sales

• Deliver product training sessions for technical and engineering teams

• Collaborate closely with R&D teams (software developers, hardware engineers, physicists) to define solutions and contribute to the product Roadmap

• Define and test new product features based on real-world customer needs

• Analyze applications from the field and produce clear technical reports

• Conduct system-level debugging and testing throughout the development process

• Work with simulators and test environments

• Understand and interpret technical documents with ease

• B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering (or practical engineer with solid experience)

• Background in mechanics, hardware, and optics

• 3+ years of experience in global customer support

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with technical documentation and multi-disciplinary systems

• Exposure to system engineering - advantage

• High-level English (spoken and written)

• Basic coding skills - a plus

• A fast learner and strong team player

• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple critical projects

• Calm under pressure and think with a system-level mindset

• A proactive communicator (written & verbal)
