A leading and well-known American company is seeking a Delivery Manager for a temporary role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The position includes full ownership of the product development lifecycle (E2E), leading delivery processes, coordinating between development, QA, product, and customer teams, and ensuring on-time delivery with the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the full product lifecycle (SDLC) – from requirements through release.
- Lead QA teams and testing activities to ensure product quality.
- Work closely with R&D, Product, and stakeholders in a global environment.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and manage sprint planning.
- Oversee risk management, task prioritization, and roadmap execution.
- Provide progress reports and status updates to management and clients.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong background in Web and SaaS environments – mandatory.
- Proven experience managing QA teams – mandatory.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Monday, Confluence).
- Excellent English – mandatory, strong Hebrew – an advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
