We’ve developed an innovative real estate investment model that allows us to achieve yields above market average.

To execute and scale, we’re looking for a Co-Founder with legal background in real estate.

• Lead all legal aspects of transactions and compliance.
• Draft and review agreements with sellers and third parties.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual integrity in every deal.
• Work closely with the founding team to structure and grow the model.

• Licensed lawyer in Israel.
• 4–8 years’ experience in real estate law (transactions, contracts, due diligence).
• Business-oriented mindset, detail-driven, and execution-focused.
• Entrepreneurial drive – ready to build as a Co-Founder.
• Background in one of Israel’s “Big Four” law firms — Meitar, Herzog, Goldfarb Gross, Fischer — is a strong advantage.

• Equity-based Co-Founder role.
• Direct involvement in a venture with a proven and scalable model.
