Salesforce Administrator & Implementer

A large and well-established technology company is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Implementer, for a high-impact role that combines system administration, configuration-driven implementation, and functional analysis.

This position is part of a large-scale Salesforce program for a major public-sector organization. You will be the first Salesforce hire, work closely with the Head of Salesforce, and help shape the platform from its early stages. The role includes significant responsibility and a clear growth path, including future team leadership.

What you will do:

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration: users, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules.
• Configure the platform using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Page Layouts, Lightning App Builder.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for different stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional and light technical specifications, and maintain documentation.
• Support data quality, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver effective solutions.

This is a full-time position in Or-Yehuda (not hybrid)

What you need:

• Mandatory: 2-3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in production environments.
• Proven experience with configuration and customization (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards).
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• Experience working with Sandboxes, Change Sets, and UAT in medium-to-large organizations.
• Salesforce certification(s) – strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Motivation to grow beyond administration into implementation leadership.
