Novodes Ltd. is expanding! We’re seeking a Mid-Senior Sales & Business Development Representative (contract / part-time) to drive growth in both our software engineering services and our new line of in-house developed software tools.
This is a flexible, commission-driven opportunity for an independent salesperson with B2B software or technical sales experience who can own the sales cycle end-to-end. Potential to grow into a full-time role as the business scales.

Novodes Ltd. (novodes.com) is a growing technology company providing specialized embedded software engineering services. We are now expanding our business by introducing a line of custom, in-house developed software tools designed to support engineering teams and improve development workflows.
The Role
We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Representative (contract / part-time) to lead our sales efforts across both services and software tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment, can work independently, and enjoys building client relationships from the ground up.
You will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and lead generation through outreach, networking, and digital channels.
- Building and managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Developing outreach campaigns and supporting marketing activities (e.g., sales materials, LinkedIn presence, email campaigns, website improvements, attending industry conventions, hosting and facilitating webinars, etc.).
- Presenting our offerings, running demos, and managing the full sales cycle.
- Helping to establish the company’s sales infrastructure and processes as one of our first dedicated sales hires.
This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to directly influence our growth and play a key role in our expansion.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technical/software sales.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle (prospecting → pitching → closing).
- Experience in startups or small companies, where you helped establish sales processes and infrastructure (CRM, lead generation, sales playbooks).
- Strong track record of prospecting and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic marketing/sales enablement activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hebrew.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
