Automation Engineer (n8n)

We’re looking for a hands-on Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable automations using n8n. This role is ideal for someone passionate about system optimization, operational efficiency, and low-code/no-code tooling. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline internal processes, connect platforms, and improve performance across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust automation workflows using n8n to streamline internal processes across departments (marketing, ops, support, finance, product, etc.)
• Maintain and optimize existing workflows to ensure stability, scalability, and performance
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and internal systems via n8n
• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into automated solutions
• Document processes and provide basic support and training for users across the organization

Requirements:

• Proven experience building and maintaining n8n workflows in a production environment
• Strong understanding of APIs, twebhooks, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and system integrations
• Experience with databases, data transformation, and automation logic (e.g., conditional logic, loops, error handling)
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Proactive, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience with other low-code tools like Make, Zapier, Workato, etc.
• Basic coding/scripting abilities (JavaScript, Python)
• Familiarity with trading, fintech, or data-heavy environments
• Understanding of security and compliance best practices in automation
