System Administrator & Project Coordinator

COMBLACK is hiring a System Administrator & Project Coordinator!

The role includes managing and operating the Malam Payroll system, working with the vendor, providing ongoing support to organizational users, managing authorizations, conducting audits, and leading business projects in the payroll domain.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working with the Malam Payroll system – mandatory
• Familiarity with payroll and HR processes in large organizations
• Proven ability to work with technology vendors (Malam) and manage external interfaces
• Experience in providing end-user support – authorizations, troubleshooting, and training
• Ability to analyze business needs and lead projects in payroll systems
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, service-oriented approach, and ability to engage internal stakeholders
• Systemic vision, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and multitask
