Senior Operations Engineer - Digital Systems
Join our leading digital team! We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to take ownership of critical production systems, resolve complex incidents, and support advanced technology deployments.
Position Details
Department: Digital Systems Operations
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and operate production systems
- Provide real-time incident resolution for critical systems
- Manage IIS interfaces and database integrations
- Support Cloud services and version deployments
- Lead initiatives to improve system availability and stability
- Analyze incidents and implement systematic solutions
Required Qualifications
✅ Must Have:
- 7+ years experience in Operations/Production/NOC roles (Tier 2-3 level)
- Proven experience with IIS systems
- Experience operating applications connected to databases (SQL/Oracle)
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Scripting capabilities in PowerShell/Bash/Python
- Experience with Cloud services (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong English proficiency
- Availability for after-hours work (nights/weekends/holidays)
🎯 Preferred:
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, AppDynamics)
- Experience with Jenkins CI/CD
