Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join and help scaling our acquisition efforts across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms. You’ll own the full funnel- from planning and launching campaigns to optimizing performance and scaling efficiently.

• Manage multi-channel campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Video).
• Optimize budgets, bidding, creatives, and audiences to hit growth targets.
• Analyze CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion data to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with CRO, creative, and retention teams to align on growth.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search expertise required).
• Experience with Meta and TikTok advertising is a strong plus.
• Proven record of driving profitable growth and scaling ad budgets.
• Analytical and data-driven, with strong skills in Google Analytics and attribution tools.
• A creative problem-solver who thrives on balancing insights with innovative campaign ideas.
