System and Performance Analysis Engineer

System and Performance Analysis Engineer | Ashdod | ELTA Systems Ltd.

ELTA, a global technology leader and Israel's radar and intelligence hub, is seeking a System and Performance Analysis Engineer to join our Airborne Systems Center.

The position includes:

• Leading and supporting the development of radar hardware and algorithms

• Providing cross-functional support for international projects

• Conducting performance analysis and generating reports

What we’re looking for:

• Academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Physics – required

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics – an advantage

• At least 5 years of experience in algorithm development, system engineering, or system architecture – required

• Proficiency in MATLAB – required

• High-level English – required

• Background in radar and performance analysis – an advantage
