Software Engineer

• Expose Fraud and Scams: Identify high-risk merchants before they can transact.
• Map a Complete Digital Footprint: Deploy agents to collect and connect signals from websites, social media, marketplaces, and hard-to-find sources.
• Turn Data Into Decisions: Use LLMs to interpret unstructured information and deliver actionable risk assessments in seconds.
• All-in-One Risk Platform: Allow our customers to onboard legitimate businesses faster, block bad actors earlier, and stay compliant.

Node.js, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, AWS, Temporal, Redis, Kubernetes, LLMs, advanced data ingestion pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Impact the architecture and design of our scalable services and products.
• Collaborate with the CTO to share responsibilities and drive technological innovation.
• Tackle high-scale challenges, including projects involving LLM and AI.
• Work with our clients directly, providing direct and real-world impact.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to our products.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years in software engineering with a focus on backend development.
• Curious, independent, and persistent - driven to solve hard problems.
• Experience in owning and delivering projects and features end to end.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes (K8s), and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud infrastructure, and database design.
• Problem-Solving, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Bonus: Experience with open-source projects and contributions.
