Head of ILS Engineering

For the Defense Systems Division, we are looking for a Head of ILS Engineering

The position includes:

• Managing all activities related to ILS, serving as the plant’s knowledge center, and providing professional support to the Marketing Division, Business Divisions, and Customer Service.

• Leading and managing a team of ILS engineers supporting the plant’s business projects from the initial customer response stage through system support at the customer site throughout the system’s lifecycle.

• Deep familiarity with the professional domain of complex systems maintenance, strong command of ILS models and project processes, technical understanding, system-wide perspective, data analysis skills, and drawing conclusions.

What we are looking for

Mandatory requirements:

1. Israeli citizenship – required.
2. Academic degree – required (Exact Sciences / Industrial Engineering / Logistics).
3. Proven experience managing a direct team of at least 5 employees in the field of ILS and/or Customer Service for at least 5 years (relevant IDF experience is an advantage).
4. Strong command of ILS models – LCC, MEA, LORA, MAC, spare parts calculations.
5. High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
6. Willingness to travel abroad.

Additional criteria:

1. Operational and/or maintenance familiarity with Air Defense Systems – significant advantage.
2. Degree in Exact Sciences / Engineering – advantage.
3. High proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel.
4. Good familiarity with SAP.
