Role Description

We’re looking for a Video Editor to own our short-form ads and social video production. From UGC edits to TikToks, Meta ads, and branded campaigns — you’ll make content that grabs attention and connects with fans worldwide.

This is mainly an execution role (editing, adapting, polishing), but if you bring creative ideas for storytelling and formats, we’re all ears

What You'll Do

• Edit video content for social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
• Adapt content into multiple languages and formats.
• Apply color correction, grading, and sound balancing to elevate raw footage.
• Create motion graphics and subtitles to enhance storytelling.
• Use AI tools to streamline editing and unlock creative possibilities.
• Collaborate directly with the marketing team on campaigns.
• Manage timelines to ensure videos are delivered at high quality, on time.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional video editing experience.
• A strong portfolio of short-form, ad-style edits.
• Proficiency with editing software (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.).
• Skills in color grading, motion graphics, and subtitling.
• Experience with AI-powered video creation tools (big plus).
• Bonus: familiarity with football/sports culture.
