What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Staff Data Scientist who is passionate about data science and is interested in cybersecurity to help us develop and deploy innovative solutions that enhance our customers' security.

What Will You Do?

As a Staff Data Scientist at SentinelOne, you will play a crucial role in our cyber defense efforts. You will leverage data science expertise to identify and mitigate cyber threats, developing, training, and deploying sophisticated analytical models to ensure the robust protection of our customers. You will also collaborate with our security researchers, providing model-driven insights to uncover emerging threats.

You will work closely with diverse teams, including detection engineers, threat hunters, cybersecurity researchers, and data engineers. Your contributions will translate into innovative, real-world solutions that directly enhance our security posture. What Skills and Experience Will You Need?

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Specific experience in PyTorch or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain complex models (specifically neural networks) to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Interest in cybersecurity and understanding of the threat landscape
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the cybersecurity industry or related fields
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Study Funds- SentinelOne contributes 7.5% over your base salary (no tax ceiling is applied), and employees contribute 2.5% of their base salary
