About the Role
As an AI Implementation Manager, you will lead projects to implement the Notch system in client organizations – from the initial scoping stage through go-live, optimization, and ongoing maintenance. This role combines the ability to understand complex processes, work directly with clients, and translate service procedures into AI system configurations.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth client workshops to map service center structures and workflows
- Translate procedures and scripts into processes within the Notch platform
- Perform testing, adjustments, and optimizations to achieve high-quality, accurate responses
- Launch processes into production and continuously monitor service quality
- Troubleshoot issues, complete missing data, and expand coverage as needed
- Support integrations with client systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)
- Collaborate with Notch product and development teams on bug fixes and new feature development
Requirements
- Strong ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into technological workflows
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Experience in implementation projects / customer success / onboarding – advantage
- Experience and knowledge in customer service or call center operations – advantage
- Bachelor’s degree – advantage
