*Hybrid working model – work from home up to 2 days/week, our office is located in Kiryat Shmona.

Copyleaks is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, organized and dedicated bookkeeper to join our finance team as a sole bookkeeper.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all bookkeeping aspects of the company (Israel & US).
• Manage the day-to-day company billing and collection activities.
• Manage and process invoices from vendors.
• Assist with the Month-End processes, such as reconciliations, prepayments, additional JE, provisions, monthly reports, intercompany charges, etc.
• Responsible for several bank accounts and credit cards including reconciliation and controls.
• Review and control reimbursement of employees’ expenses.
• Responsible for TAX and Authorities reports (i.e, VAT, withholding tax, social security, etc.)
• Ad hoc accounting projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience as a sole bookkeeper
• High level of English (both spoken and written)
• Experience in a multinational company
• Experience working with NetSuite – Must
• Strong Excel skills
• Work in a dynamic environment
• Certified payroll accountant – Advantage
