System Engineer

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a System Engineer for a leading security organization in Northern Israel.

In this role, you will:

• Operate and implement IT infrastructure across multi-disciplinary computing networks.
• Deploy solutions and provide guidance and support for diverse IT incidents in networking, hardware, and virtualization environments.
• Lead control and verification processes to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
• Document processes and maintain knowledge repositories for ongoing operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Engineer.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure operation and implementation, integrating large computing systems in complex environments.
• Strong expertise in Linux and Windows server environments.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in networking with Cisco/Juniper products.
• Experience in VMware virtualization environments (vSphere, vCenter, VRA) – setup, upgrade, and maintenance.
• Strong ability to write technical documentation.
