Department: R&D
Responsibilities:
- Lead NPI activities and manage cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Operations, QA, and Regulatory.
- Define and implement NPI strategies and processes to support product launch readiness.
- Oversee design transfer from development to production, ensuring manufacturability and compliance.
- Support process validation, line setup, and scale-up for production.
- Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485).
- Drive continuous improvement in NPI processes.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – a must.
- 5+ years of experience in NPI or engineering roles within the medical device industry – a must.
- 2+ years in a leadership or team lead position.
- Deep knowledge of design transfer, production processes, and medical device regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluent English – spoken and written.
