Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Priority Software Testing Team Lead for a leading organization in Tel Aviv.
In this role, you will:
- Take full responsibility for the software testing function within the organization.
- Manage and lead a team of testers, including guidance for support staff performing tests in the Priority system.
- Collaborate closely with development managers and support teams.
- Conduct manual testing and implement advanced testing methodologies.
- Lead automation processes using Selenium.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience managing a testing team.
- Proven experience in manual testing.
- Experience working with the Priority system – mandatory.
- Experience with Selenium – mandatory.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for building testing teams from scratch.
