Enterprise Resources Planning Manager

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an ERP Domain Manager for a leading organization in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you will:

• Take full responsibility for planning, managing, and executing ERP projects according to the annual work plan.
• Oversee the maintenance of ERP systems and related applications.
• Manage a team of system analysts, ERP experts, and implementers.
• Manage the department budget.
• Coordinate ERP system requirements and version updates with internal clients and external vendors.
• Collaborate and integrate with parallel department managers, Infrastructure, CTO, and Architects.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree – mandatory; Master’s degree – advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing ERP systems in a large organization – mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing an ERP team – mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
