Technical Recruitment Coordinator

Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for an experienced Technical Recruitment Coordinator

to join our team in Petah Tikva. This dynamic role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions in leading organizations across both private and governmental sectors.

In this role, you will:

• Source candidates through social networks, including LinkedIn.
• Conduct in-depth phone interviews.
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process and coordinate with client managers and strategic clients.
• Work closely with some of the largest clients in the market, across private and governmental sectors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical recruitment – mandatory.
• Experience conducting in-depth phone interviews.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Sales-oriented background or mindset – advantage.
• High motivation, eagerness to grow, and strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting targets.
