Team Leader – Warhead & Explosives

We are looking for a Team Leader for the design of warheads and energetic materials for a wide range of missile and defense products.

The position includes:

• Leading and managing a professional team
• Managing development projects in the field of explosives
• Building and monitoring work plans
• Preparing budget estimates and project documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Aerodynamics – required
• MSc – an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warhead or explosives design – required
• Hands-on experience with CAD software – required
• Experience in warhead performance calculations – advantage
• Background in analysis and simulation – advantage
• Experience leading projects – advantage
• High-level English (spoken, written, and reading)
