🔹 About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Manager in the Defense Industry to lead and expand our business activities across Asia or Africa. This is a strategic role that combines business development, client relationship management, and market analysis in fast-paced, high-impact regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Open new markets and execute international sales strategies tailored to APAC and Africa.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners.
• Lead and support regional sales teams to achieve targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent TAR at international exhibitions, meetings, and field visits.

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements

• Mandatory: Proven experience in international sales within the defense or security industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• High learning ability and good technical understanding.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop actionable business plans.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (additional languages – a plus).
• Willingness to travel extensively across target regions.
