✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing, coordinating, and operating all training programs held at the Skills Center
- Managing logistics and ensuring the infrastructure is well-prepared and functional
- Assisting in the development of simulation scenarios and training evaluation processes
- Providing recommendations for purchasing equipment and devices
- Supporting the daily operations of the Center
- Assisting in writing annual reports and donor updates
🎓 Requirements:
- Academic degree in Health Professions
- Proven experience in medical simulation / medical education – mandatory
- Practical knowledge in the medical field – an advantage
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, spoken and written
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills
