This is a freelance, commission-based role for a Sales Representative.

The sole responsibility of this role is to close deals with companies interested in leasing Akto’s meditation rooms.

• Payment Model: One-time commission for each closed deal, plus an additional bonus if the customer continues with Akto for more than 4 months.
• Larger deals may have different payment terms depending on the scope and agreement.
• The Sales Representative must thoroughly learn and understand Akto’s services to confidently present their value to potential clients.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in business development or B2B sales
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as a freelancer
• Willingness to study and master Akto’s wellness solutions to provide accurate and professional presentations
• Knowledge of the wellness, HR, or tech industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hebrew
