Team Leader – Systems Analysis | Medical Record Domain (5275)

We are seeking a talented Team Leader in Systems Analysis to lead our Medical Record domain. This role involves managing a professional team of system analysts and driving complex, cross-organizational projects that have a direct impact on healthcare and business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Direct management of a professional team, including system analysts.
• Full ownership of the team’s work plan: task allocation, prioritization, workload management, quality assurance, performance metrics, and monitoring.
• Co-leading complex cross-organizational projects from initiation through implementation, including scheduling, budgeting, change management, risk management, and sensitive coordination between stakeholders.
• Designing system and technological solutions for evolving business and healthcare needs, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders across various divisions.
• Overseeing system maintenance, including incident analysis and troubleshooting in collaboration with external software vendors.
• Leading innovation processes: evaluating and implementing new technologies, advanced methodologies, and management tools.
• Working closely with other technology teams to ensure synchronization and overall solution quality.
• Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, including medical, service & marketing, operations, finance, and more, with strong sensitivity to dynamic needs.
• Developing team members through professional mentoring, coaching, and providing tools for self-management, requirements analysis, and systems design.
• Reporting to the Head of Medical Record & Innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Health Information Management – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of proven experience managing a team of Project Managers and/or System Analysts – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis and writing detailed specifications – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with SQL – mandatory.
• Background in development – advantage.
• Experience working in a complex organizational environment with multiple stakeholders – advantage.
• Previous experience with healthcare systems – strong advantage.
