Legal Counsel

We’re looking for a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department, reporting directly to the General Counsel. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging and impactful role in a growing fintech company.

What you’ll do

• Provide ongoing legal advice and support across the company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Lead legal negotiations with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
• Advise on regulatory and commercial matters.

What we’re looking for

• Licensed attorney with 3–5 years of experience in commercial law.
• Excellent command of English, including drafting complex legal documents (must).
• Strong business orientation and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Experience or familiarity with privacy, hi-tech, and technology law – a plus.
• Background in a leading law firm Hi-Tech department – a plus.
• Exceptional drafting skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead negotiations.
• Independent, proactive, and a strong team player.
• High level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
