Your Role And Responsibilities

You will be part of a research team responsible for exploitation and optimization of sophisticated machine learning models. You will collaborate with cross-labs teams to impact IBM offerings and AI-based solutions, optimizing quality, performance and scalability. You will implement state-of-the-art algorithms and contribute to the development of our AI platform, evaluate and improve the performance of machine learning models, and stay abreast of latest developments in AI and machine learning.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

BSc degree in computer science or electrical engineering

AI / LLM knowledge

Strong systems skills

Hands-on coding experience

Demonstrated engineering abilities, independently set and execute research engineering goals

Fluent English

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Open-source experience

Distributed and cloud computing

Languages: Java, Python, Go
