We are second-time founders who previously built and successfully exited a company in the same space, and we’ve raised a significant seed round to power Momentum’s growth. Our product is already live and generating revenue, validating our model and setting the foundation for expansion.

We are building data-driven infrastructure to power how mobile apps are built and distributed to millions of users.

The Opportunity

From day one, you’ll have significant influence over product direction, technical architecture, and company culture — with the ability to shape both the business and the broader industry.

This is a hands-on R&D position. Over time this role may evolve toward technical leadership and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of our core technology platform.
• Make key architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across multiple verticals.
• Collaborate closely with the founders on product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Help recruit and shape the engineering team, setting high standards for quality and velocity.
• Drive a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration — where acquisition, retention, and monetization are productized.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong expertise in modern frameworks and architectural decision-making across the stack.
• A builder’s mindset: you love creating products that people use and value.
• Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready software at scale.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — ideally startups or small teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic judgment on trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with React (Next.js), React Native, Node.js, AWS (Cognito, Amplify, etc.)
