Looking to make an impact at a fast-growing multidisciplinary startup?
We’re seeking a highly motivated NPI Engineer to lead the journey from prototype to mass production.
What you’ll do:
🔹Drive NPI processes, pilot builds & production ramp-up
🔹Manage BOMs, ECOs/MCOs & production documentation
🔹Collaborate with R&D, supply chain & manufacturing teams
🔹Support testing, QA/QC & certification compliance
🔹Work hands-on with PCB technologies & ERP (Agile / Priority)
📍 Location: Tel Aviv | Full-time
Requirements:
🔹3–7 years in NPI / Manufacturing / Production Engineering
🔹Strong background in ERP systems, BOM management & documentation control
🔹Hands-on PCB & component lifecycle experience
🔹Excellent problem-solving, organizational & cross-team communication skills
