Project Manager

A global marketing startup is looking for a Project Manager.

About the Role:

• Serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Work closely with the Co-CEOs and senior leadership to manage and track strategic processes and initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and optimize internal workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
• Lead strategic internal projects from planning to execution – ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead change initiatives.
• Provide ongoing updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management / business operations / cross-functional coordination – preferably working with C-level executives or senior management.
• Full fluency in English – both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Familiarity with operational processes and performance improvement tools – an advantage.
