Divisional Project Manager – Supply Chain Division

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Project Manager to join the leadership team of our Supply Chain Division and drive cross-organizational projects that support our business goals. This role requires proven experience in managing large-scale logistics projects, including site and distribution center establishment, as well as implementation of advanced IT systems. It also serves as a leadership pipeline for future site management roles within the division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active member of the Supply Chain Division’s management team.
• Leading cross-divisional projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Managing complex logistics initiatives, with a focus on establishing new sites and logistics centers.
• Planning, managing, and monitoring project timelines, budgets, resources, and KPIs.
• Implementing advanced IT systems, with emphasis on SAP.
• Managing high-level internal interfaces across departments.
• Preparing for future leadership roles within the division.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory.
• Engineering degree – strong advantage.
• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering – advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in managing large-scale projects – mandatory.
• Proven managerial experience – mandatory.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial companies – mandatory.
• Experience working in complex organizational environments with multiple interfaces.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and self-motivation.
• Availability to work from company HQ in Petah Tikva.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel – mandatory.
