Software Engineer

A fast-growing cybersecurity startup, founded in 2020, is developing AI-driven solutions to help organizations comply with regulatory requirements in information security and AI. The company has raised $85M across two funding rounds to date.

The platform enables organizations to manage risk processes by automatically collecting evidence, generating AI-driven insights, and automating workflows, reducing inefficiencies and ensuring audit readiness at any time.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv (near the light rail), the company employs around 80 people globally, including 50 in Israel. The company supports a hybrid work model with one remote workday. Serving over 100 paying customers, the company continues to grow rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5 backend engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance
• Oversee development of client tools and customizations
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Python code
• Collaborate closely with Product and other engineering teams to meet client needs

Tech Stack: Python, GCP, PostgreSQL, Microservices

Requirements:

• 6–12 years of professional software development experience (no less, no more)
• Strong experience in Python development
• Experience working with Cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
• Experience using AI development tools such as Copilot and Cursor (mandatory – applications without this experience will not be considered)
