An Israeli Ad-Tech startup has developed an ML-based advertising platform for multiple global ad exchanges in the RTB space.

Based in Tel Aviv (near train and light rail), the company operates a hybrid model with one day of remote work per week and has around 80 employees, all in Israel.

The company is fully bootstrapped, independent of external investors, became profitable in its first year, and continues to maintain profitability.

Role overview

The role is a unique position within the team, with broad responsibility bridging research and development. Focus areas include:
Improving and monitoring model performance in production at large scale
Developing supporting infrastructure
Maintaining and optimizing systems
Bridging algorithmic research and software development
Managing models from build to deployment and integration
The role requires strong coding skills, responsibility for code quality, and close oversight of development processes.
Key technologies: Python, production pipeline development and maintenance, Big Data infrastructure, large-scale datasets, model optimization, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps

Requirements-

4 years of professional experience in Software Development or Data Science and 2+ years of experience in ML Ops Engineering/Machine Learning Engineering
Strong experience with Python and Machine Learning libraries
Proficiency with data analysis and feature engineering
Experience developing services and APIs in a cloud based microservices ecosystem
Experience SQL (BigQuery - Bonus)
BSc degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or any other quantitative field/military experience
